Trenton is so good, so kind and so professional. He came out immediately when I needed him, came in under other quotes I received and explained everything that needed to be done. My door is taking a couple of weeks to come in and I did not realize how cold an open garage can be in the winter. Trenton came back out (at no cost)and did a temp fix while we wait on our new door. I called Done Doors because my garage door was super loud and driving me crazy. He came out quickly and found some broken/bent pieces along with a few other parts that were wearing down. I really appreciated how upfront he was with pricing, as he gave me multiple options to proceed. He also very clearly set expectations. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and was very easy to talk to. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Done Doors for garage door repair/replacement.

Done Doors - Garage Door Service is the best!!! I hired them to service my metal building garage doors. It turned out when the job started termites were found and had totally taken over the garage door frame, side walls, and header. Other garage door services would have stopped right there and said hire a framing company but not Done Doors. In sweltering heat Trent & his brother Tyler took out the bad lumber, framed the side walls, replaced the header, and reinstalled the garage doors. They did an amazing job all the while being positive, polite, and reassuring. I was blown away and the building is now stronger and free of rotten wood. Wouldn’t hire any other garage door company!!
